Roles, duties, and your desk

In a productive office, every team member has a clear role and a list of duties. The senior engineer is responsible for the build pipeline. The junior engineer's main responsibility is to handle the daily code review queue. The product designer has the duty to edit the marketing copy before it goes live, and the digital marketing lead writes the weekly note to clients.
