Ayşe: Hi, Mehmet! How is your new project? Mehmet: It's good, Ayşe. I enjoy working with new clients. I also like solving complex problems. Ayşe: That's great! My old job was very different. I did not enjoy doing repetitive tasks. I preferred working on varied projects. I like variety in my work. Mehmet: Yes, I understand. I prefer having a flexible schedule. It helps me manage my time better. I don't like a strict routine. Ayşe: Me too! I like learning new skills. It makes my job more rewarding.
