The Trade Fair

Practice using linking words (because, so, but, and) to report on events.

Our team went to a big industry event. Now, they need to report back. What did they see? What was useful? I've checked the schedule for our meeting.

Trade Fair Report

Ayşe: Hi Mehmet, how was the trade fair?

Mehmet: It was good, Ayşe. We saw many new things. The main booth was very crowded, but we still spoke to many visitors. I've checked our notes.

Ayşe: Great. What was useful?

Mehmet: The new software demo was very useful because it can fix our current problem. We also got many brochures and samples. We need to follow-up on these leads so we can network with new contacts. It was a successful event.
