Quick review: spelling, places, and numbers

At the front desk, the receptionist sometimes asks a guest to spell a name. The English alphabet has letters from A to Z. To spell an email, you say underscore for _ , dot for . , and hyphen for - . At the end, the guest writes a signature on the form.
